Please be aware that tickets bought for workshops cannot be returned or refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organiser, or on the occasion that the workshop is fully booked and the ticket can be put up for resale. If your ticket is put up for resale we cannot promise that it will sell and that you will have your money returned.


Due to the nature of Weven and the way it is run, ensuring that all sales profits return immediately to the makers where possible, all items and garments are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit or deemed unfit for purpose. If you do need to return an item, postage must be payed for by the customer, Weven will determine whether this should be refunded once the item has been safely received.
